Renowned for his precision cutting and expertise in short hair, his work combines technical excellence with a refined, tailored finish. Adam has worked alongside some of the UK’s leading brands, including Trevor Sorbie and Saks, bringing a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to every client.
J A M E S (JAY)
James, known to many of his clients as Jay, brings an infectious energy, creativity, and passion to the salon. A true force on the floor, his enthusiasm and talent are matched by his ability to make every client feel at ease — always with a smile and a laugh.
Holding not one but two highly coveted Colour Master titles with Revlon and Matrix, Jay’s dedication to his craft is clear. In 2026, he was also named a finalist in the highly regarded Revlon Visionaries programme — a testament to his creativity and rising profile within the industry. As joint owner alongside Adam, he continues to drive the salon forward with vision, innovation, and a genuine love for what he does.

With over 40 years of experience, Dylan is a highly talented stylist specialising in creative colour and expertly blended balayage. His precision cutting and attention to detail ensure every look is refined, personalised, and effortlessly polished.
S T A C I E
Stacie has been a valued part of The Vestry for over 12 years and a close friend of Adam and James for nearly 20. With two decades of experience, she is one of our top stylists, known for her versatility, creativity, and attention to detail.
A true all-rounder, Stacie specialises in creating beautifully tailored blondes, delivering soft, seamless results that enhance each client’s natural look.
K A R I S
Karis is our homegrown talent, having been part of The Vestry for four years. From the very beginning, it was clear she had a natural flair for hairdressing. Now a confident and creative stylist, Karis has built a loyal and ever-growing clientele. She enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, with a particular passion for short hair and precision cutting, where her attention to detail truly shines.

Lee brings over 40 years of industry experience, and it truly shows in everything he does. His work strikes the perfect balance between creative and commercial, delivering effortlessly wearable, high-impact results. Known for his quick wit and cheeky personality, Lee brings great energy to the salon — keeping clients laughing while making them look and feel their absolute best.
K A T I E
Katie joined The Vestry three years ago as an adult learner, bringing with her a passion and determination that has truly shaped her journey. Through dedication and consistent growth, she has developed into a confident stylist with a strong foundation in delivering beautiful, high-quality work.
Katie’s professionalism and warm, welcoming nature make every client feel at ease, and she takes great pride in creating a positive experience from start to finish.
Jennifer
Jen is our Level 2 trainee and a true ray of sunshine within the salon. Always smiling and effortlessly welcoming, she ensures every client’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Warm, bubbly and always ready for a chat, Jen has quickly become a favourite among our clients. With her natural enthusiasm and passion for the industry, she is undoubtedly one of our future rising talents.
Daisy
As the newest member of The Vestry team, Daisy has already settled in wonderfully and become a much-loved addition to the salon.
Currently working towards her level 2 hairdressing qualification, Daisy brings a friendly smile, a positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm to everything she does.
