Adam brings over 25 years of distinguished experience within the hairdressing industry, having worked for and alongside some of the country’s most respected and influential professional hairdressers, including the internationally renowned Trevor Sorbie. Throughout his career, Adam has developed a reputation for exceptional precision cutting, with a particular passion for short, highly technical styles. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with a deep understanding of structure and shape, allows him to create beautifully tailored haircuts that are both modern and enduring

With over 12 years of professional experience, James is one of only 13 Revlon Colour Specialists in the UK, a distinction that reflects his exceptional technical expertise and artistic excellence. He is also a Matrix Colour Master and has been mentored by British Hairdressing Awards–esteemed colourists Sharon Peake and Terry Longden.

Renowned for his advanced colour techniques and intuitive approach to bespoke colour creation, James specialises in everything from soft, natural enhancements to bold, high-impact transformations. His work is defined by precision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail, with every service carefully tailored to the individual.

As Salon Director, James leads with passion and professionalism, combining a commitment to innovation and education with beautifully refined, long-lasting results and an impeccable finish.

Senior Stylist

Dylan has over 30 years industry experience and has a passion for all aspects of his work but has a real flare for precision cutting and styling. Dylan loves listening to his clients ideas and turning them into a finished product. After 16 years running his own salon in the North East Dylan relocated to Salford and joined the Adam James team in October 2022

Stacie is one of our senior stylists. Stacie has been with Adam James since 2014. Stacie is an absolute superstar, a perfectionist and an all round lovely person. With 18 years experience under her belt Stacie is always an excellent choice.

With a real skill in expertly lightening hair, if you have a blonde ambition then stacie is the stylist for you!

Lee was welcomed into our team in January 2018. Lee has a wealth of experience having worked and trained with some of the country's best loved salons and stylists including Toni & Guy and Patrick Cameron. Lee has over 40 years of experience in hairdressing and particularly enjoys creative colour work and up-dos.

Karis is a highly talented and fun loving young stylist! Since joining our team in October 2022 Karis has excelled in all areas and really honed her skills.Karis loves all aspects of hairdressing from short funky cuts, to long flowing locks and exciting colour changes!

She is now building an established and loyal clientele
